i got sky max hub.

i've got sky max hub, and the wifi is really slow and it's always disconnecting from my phone, i had it active yesterday, does anyone know the issue?

@kody1 the Sky Max hub require 24 hours to maximise its performance but there have been other reports of poor WiFi performance  recently. If the issue persists ring Sky to see what they say although they will probably recommend you upgrade to the full WiFi Max package if you aren't already and they send you one of the extrnder pods.

I had the same issue, I called them and they sent me a broadband boost which goes in the socket upstairs.. personally I am so disappointed with Sky Max, we preferred our old router and broadband with Sky, we've had no end of problems with the upgrade!
