Your Hub stats show that's an ADSL service, which is now the oldest and slowest broadband technology still running and only in use at a very small percentage of properties. At 20Mbs inbound and 0.8Mbs outbound at the Hub it's actually 'better than average', but only by the standards of about a decade ago.
If possible I'd suggest looking at moving to one of the current broadband platforms (FTTC or FTTP)

I'd also note that while the external connection has dropped recently, the Hub itself hasn't been rebooted for a very long time, so that might be worth a try.
