hold to bill

hi we had a fire in our home on the 17/12/2023 im trying to find how i can get a hold put on it and will need new hub

It isn't possible to put a hold on your account so if you have no hub and need a new one then you will need to call Sky:

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
