Product not showing

I'm a new broadband customer going live on 17th Jan. Each time I log into the app my broadband product is not showing. This means I can change the WiFi password to something simpler. Thanks

Has your broadband from Sky gone live yet as it isn't clear from your post here if it has or not seeing as the 17th was 9 days ago ?
