@david1306 most likely cause will be in cabelling you are using. You can test the Sky hub's ethernet ports by connecting a device directly by using a short cable you know to be good but it is rare they have an issue. Finding issues in cabelling can be a pain unless you have test equipment but trace the cables remember that to split the signal you will need a powered ethernet switch etc. Ethernet cables are quite delicate and a break in any one of the 8 cores will cause an issue.
