full fibre not working

hi there for some reason i have the amber light on internet and talk and im not getting internet but yet it is saying i have 472mbs  to my router so how is this because it doesnt make sense

@Biggieg Loss of connection between midnight and 5am is often down to essential maintenance on the network. If that is the cause your service will be back up in the morning.
