Re: fibre broadband speed dropped
@KristinaMish16 looking st your stats you only have devices connected by Wifi so are likely to be measuring the speed of the wifi connection from the hub to the device. Wifi speeds vary due to several reasons one of which is interference from other networks and even from your own electrical devices. You can possibly improve wifi speed by ensuring your hub is well above things like radiators and other electrical kit which will block tge signals. You also should try and have cthe hub as central in your home as possible. Rebooting your hub can help,it find the best channel to use.
However many customers including myself find a single Sky hub cannot give fast wifi in every room. You can pay for Sky's own Wifi Max bundle or buy your own multi room set up and turn off the hub's wifi.

Re: fibre broadband speed dropped
@Chrisee I just the hub stayed on the same place all the time , and nothing actually changed except the speed itself this week, I have ultrafast max deal, so the speed is suppose to be high, and it`s fibre

Re: fibre broadband speed dropped
@KristinaMish16 Wifi spedd vary it is a fact of life unfortunately until you can exclude that aspect by running tests over a device connected y an Ethernet cable it is unlikely Sky will take you seriously. Full fibre is very reliable and delivers the speed the line is set for except in very unusual circumstances.

Re: fibre broadband speed dropped
@Chrisee It is really upsetting, becasue I talked with the support yesterday and I reset the wifi and it seemed to be back to normal. But today it is back again to 50 speed instead of 300+ (( It was working so good first month, now it is impossible to watch a 1080 movie on the TV(((
