extremely slow connection to broadband on my desk top computer

There is very slow connection to broadband on my desk top computer , I don't know why as SKY call it Super Fast .

@dismikplay4t Sky guarantee a speed to your hub you can check that by using the Service Checker in the My Sky app which if you click on the broadband link will show the current speed, the guarantee speed fir your line (longer the line the lower the speed it can deliver) and the recent history. If it is below the guarantee tgecapp should offer to book an engineer.

Assuming that is fine then the issue is in your home most likely poor wifi signal.
