My WiFi is not playing any videos

I can open Netflix and prime but I'm unable to watch anything as it keeps loading all other streaming apps are the same

@Tmwayera the modt likely cause is insufficent speed which is quite common if you sre using WiFi. The higher the picture quality you are trying to watch the higher the speed the app nedds. The Netflix app has a useful network test in its Get Help menu which shows the speed your streaming device is getting. If that is too low then reducing the picture quality say for UHD to HD should help. Alternatively improving signal strength is sensible thst can be done by making sure your hub and streaming device are not being blocked by being under or behind equipment like a TV. Interferencecfrom your neighbours' WiFi networks can also be a factor but having a strong sigbal from your network usually deals with the issue unless your neighbours equipment are very close.
