do i upgrade
i have full fibre 150 which wrks well, it has just increased in price from 24 to 44 pounds pm, sky seem to be offering full fibre 500 and 900 ror just

That suggests a discounted minimum contract term has expired and the price has reverted to the full list cost. Typically Sky would offer a lower price in return for you entering a new minimum term.

sorrt had not finished full fibre 500 and 900 just a few pounds more suely it is a no brainer or are these prices added to my excisting set up

No: the new price replaces the previous one.
Note that the out-of-contract price for higher speed products is going to be greater, which potentially becomes an issue in two years time.

I would be searching for alternative deals and moving supplier of Sky wont budge on the end of contract/discount price. I am sure you could find a cheaper deal from another supplier and transfering is usually quite straight forward these days.
