diabled Wifi
Last week my full fibre got connected. Now my Sky max pods won't connect. I follwed advise from the forum and foolishly disabled my WIFI in the MY sky app. I can't connect any devices through wifi now. I've ordered a ethernet cable so I can connect to Mac book to see if I can turn it back on. Even if I turn it back on wifi is still going to be intermitent. Any advise welcome please?

A factory reset (hold down WPS button for 30 seconds) will restore default settings, which includes WiFi being on.

Or you can still re-enable WiFi on the My Sky app using mobile data if you have it...

I've found that my password went back to factory settings so I changed this and it's resolved the issue of the devices being connected. However the sky max pods wonj't connect still. Thanks for the help on this matter.

Have you tried factory resetting the pod & plugging it in close to the router, then connecting it?
