delayed internet activation

Sky was 40 days late from the date the internet was supposed to be activated, am I entitled to compensation, where and how does it work?

I haven't received any compensation and it's been 1.5 months, no response from them, even when it was supposed to be activated for the first time, the engineer didn't come, I wasn't notified and I took leave for that day.

You would need to call Sky then and speak to the billing department.
