@Amymillar If you have and do subscribe to the Sky Max addon feature then it is a call to sky to test and if the find then what does get done, all the details you need linked below so have a read.

If you dont have the Boost/Max subscription then you wont be able to get a booster, they are only provided through that. Sky do not guarantee full coverage around your home with the base broadband packages so they can indeed tell you that you'll need a booster to cover the whole home & then ask you to pay for it. Thats standard practice across most if not all ISPs.
