connection from new router to mini box

I received a new router from sky and cannot connect to my multi room also saying I have to upgrade my subscription to sky sports on mini box but sky sports is working on main sky q box

@gary+1289 if you have the new white Sky hub the Sky Q mini needs to be connected to your main Q box rather than the hub to work. On the Q mini press and hold in the WPS button until the indicator starts flashing tgen do the same on the main Q box hopefully they should connect.

unfortunately that method didn't work for me but what I did notice the new sky hub keeps fading  off and on and message on screen is no ip address

@gary+1289 call Sky as they should help if a Q box is not connecting either to send a booster to fit betweenn tgecmsin Sky box and the Q mini orcareange anbengineer toncome out but given the time of year the lattercis less likely.
