Broadband intermittent and slow
Hi, Lately our broadband has been very intermittent and slow on all devices. We have done the usual resetting hubs and the like but the problem is persistent. Our contract ended so I wonder if this could be related? Any help much appreciated. Thanks

Your contract 'ending' wouldnt have anything to do with it because your same package just continunes on a rolling basis until you either cancel or enter into another minimum term. Are any lights on your hub changing? Is it affecting all devices?

Hi, lights don't change. Sky broadband checker says everything is ok but speed drops to less the 10mbs regularly.
