connecting to the router

Hello, My computer is having trouble connecting to the router. It cannot connect to the router because the 2.4 and 5G frequencies have the same name. Please name them with two separate names if possible.

That isn't something Sky will do for you.

With a black Sky Broadband Hub it's a DIY process.

It's not possible on a white Max Hub or Gigafast+ Hub anyway.

@Shaahin

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to  disable the 5Ghz WiFi band if you wish.

Unfortunately the 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz bands cannot be run independently.
