@BillyMcFarlane I have explained what I understand is Sky's policy you would have to take it up with them but be warned others have tried and failed.

@FLC I have been trying to get sky to sort this issue for a couple of years.
Im out of contract.
Phoned them and they don't want to help find a solution so I have signed up to BT.
BT are sending an engineer out before my contract starts to make sure I get the full 72mbps.
If sky sorted the issue I would be staying with sky as I have been with them for 20 years
