My Amazon Echo keeps telling me the password is wrong for my new Sky Fibre WIFI network, do I need security protocols altered on the Router, my previous provider's router WIFI had no problems, not sure what Echo I hae but it is relatively old and is a tall cylinder shape. The password I am entering is definately valid .
