Damage connection cable
My landlord has drilled a hole in the wall and gone through my cable and now I have no internet

@Danielle151 Do keep a note and pictures, you may find that Sky will charge for the repair which will not be cheap!

@Danielle151 Number is in the link below, see the need more help, and keep quite if tries to redirect you to the Forum and hopefully it queue's you to a live person to speak to, account holder and password security all have to be passed. It's the same advise as above but you do need to keep trying!
