I am trying to buy a new broadband contract but keep going round and round after putting my details through the last page says an error occurs and puts me back at the start. I then tried to call sky to be told that the number is not recognised and to call back on the one that is connected to my my account. Could someone please point me in the right direction so I could possibly speak to someone in person.
