hi
initially, i paid for Sky WiFi Max to get the latest router but once i got the white one i had many issues, including wifi reliability.
i got the sky pods and realised that i don't need pods and have switched them off anyway.
i recontracted with the intention to cancel. in the meantime i put a new cable as i got fedup with all wifi issues
- TOday i'm reading that all customers get a white router. As i'm not using the pod i don't understand why i'm paying "sky wifi max".
What is the impact of cancelling the sky wifi max? i shall have a cooling period
i'm happy to return all pods. when it comes to router, i don't care too much, in thoery i shall keep the white one right?
the black was better, more custom, the white is just wifi 6 and unreliable.
Thanks

@NaveedZ Firstly the Sky Max hub is not given to all, you only get it for upgrading to sky Max addon that you wished to have, the fact that you have it is because you wanted it. You need to contact sky regarding what you have and as a sky member with an existing service there is no cool down period.

Re: cancel sky wifi max
Thanks, i will try to get it cancelled as soon as i can, as it's not worth it, and white router has been a regression due to wifi unstability, and lack of control.
Black router was pretty solid. Thank you answered my request
