Unable to activate Sky Broadband Shield

I am unable to view Sky Broadband Shield settings in my account.

 

Every time I try it says "Something went wrong". It has been like this for months and I have tried from different devices.

 

How can access the settings to ensure my children are protected?

@Anonymous If you cannot get to see it, then you account sounds like it is not linked to your accont ID. See the sky help link.
