buffering

Over the past 2/3 days when we have watched tv via apps, there has been frequent buffering.  We have never experienced this previously.

 

We have followed allinstructions to check wi-fi and network but problem persists.

 

I also notice that the sky address which shows on tv when checking network is not the name of our wi-fi system.

 

please could you help us address this issue
