Hello
I’m your customer for a long time - and only use broadband. by bill was 55 euro - some time ago youR adviser offered me 40 euro which I was very good, after a year I did not answer any call from you to offer me  either stay on 40 euro plan or whatever was there on offer. I went straight back to 55 euro - I’m not satisfied at all.

now  (today) I have had DD for 65.65 euro .
not satisfied at all with this all happen with my account. can someone give a call
please contact me urgently

Hi, this is primarily a customer helps customer forum so you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here so no one will call you. 

If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you sort something out to your satisfaction make a note of the date it’s ending.
