@Gayathri+Sreekant

This link will help you to print the return label and then you can send it away via Royal Mail:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

As mentioned in the sky returns link above;

Don't have a label?

  1. Go to Royal Mail returns to get a pre-paid returns label.
  2. Fill in your contact details and reason for your return, then select Create your label.
  3. You’ll get an email with your returns label. Print it and attach to your package.

No printer? No problem. You can print a returns label at your local Post Office if you visit and complete the steps above there.

Re: broadband retur

Hello

I am unable to print the label because the website doesn't allow me.

Please could you provide an address as urgent. I am happy to pay for the postage

Consider this request as urgent so I can post by tomorrow.

Many thanks

@Gayathri+Sreekant

It has already been suggested that you call Sky if you're still having problems.

To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number.

The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Re: broadband retur

I work long hours and I am a doctor. Sky line is open only from 9-5 . I am unable to call during these hours.

I will much appreciate if you can provide with an address so I can post the device on my way to work.

@Gayathri+Sreekant

Are you in the Republic of Ireland? UK lines are open longer than that and over weekends too so you should be able to call on a day off.
