Checked speed at 20.20 hours last night 4.5 to 5 megabytes which apparently is poor.

My broadband is very very slow . TV  fluctuates and pixilates . Tested signal last night at 20.00 hours gave reading 4.5 to 5 megabytes . At peak times it's poor . I seem to be being passed from pillar to post without any direct results. Very poor Sky

@Jimmy211 how are you measuring speed? If it is on a device connected by wifi there are several things that can make thst result unrealisble. First is the speed of the WiFi connection between the device and the hub in your home. Secondly what bandwidth other devices in your home are using st the sametime. To measure the speed to your hub which is what Sky guarantee you need to use a device connected by ethernet with nothing else running you can also see thst spedd in the Service Checckervin the My Sky app.

WiFi speeds vary due to the layout and type of construction plus the level of interference which often increaescat peak times as your neighbours' use their networks. You can try to improve spedds by rebootingbthe hub which will causecitvto find the least congested wifi channel to use. It is also sensible to make surectge hub is out in the open on a surface so thecwifi signal is not blocked by furniturecand the like,
