I am trying to switch my broadband to sky and i'm on the part where they ask to provide my previous broadband details. Everything was typed in correctly but it keeps telling me that they couldn't find my details. Please help

Is your service still fully active and working with your previous provider or have you cancelled/placed a cancellation with them?

Yes everything is still up and running on the current broadband account i have.

You may want to check with your current provider that they have the correct details listed on your account and products (not just the front screens of their systems) in case there is a miss match somewhere

Thanks for the help, i'll get in touch with both sky and my current provider and i'll update if anything still can't be resolved
