@mand117 It's 150 from a working landline or a sky mobile from 8am to 8pm after those times they are closed, so for you tomorrow morning!

@mand117 all Sky customer service numbers connect to an automated IVR system which does it best to divert you to an online solution or the forum if you dont accept help from the bot you will be connected to an agent who may or may not be able to help. If you follow through the online help journey at the end it should offer a number to contact using that helps the system route the call to an agent who can help.
