broadband keeps dropping out

My internet keeps dropping out only for about 30seconds every 40-60mins even though all the lights on the hub are green. I'm also unable to live stream anything from my sky Q box (tried watching football on the new sports+ and its unwatchable). Also makes my laptop loose connection if im streaming anything.

I've reset the hub serval times and it still does it.
