My broadband keeps dropping off several times a day, for about five minutes at a time. Had a new hub, and the openreach engineer says everything is ok but it is still happening. Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@alma34 There is something very wrong with this connection. Raised noise margin on the down stream of 8.0 and it should be around 6.0. You have next to no upload speed if this is dropping as much and Sky can see this then another engineer needs to come out to fix this.
