Hi got an installation date and wondering do I need to be at home for installation. I already have broadband and am just switching.

@Daryn What are you switching from and 2? Are you switching from superfast to ultrafast broadband?

If you are being provisioned on FTTP or G.fast and the infrastructure for those technologies isn't already in place then an installer visit to the property is required.
