broadband activation date

no engineer came today to activate broadband cant get help online and cant speak to a human person instead of pre recorded voice

@robm77 Was there a need for an Engineer visit, some are self install by the customer, you do not say what you are having! To late now to speak, but the 24hr response is opening soon, link below gives you all the details!
