booster

please our internet was fixed yesterday 10-10-2022 but it is slow , even some phone cant find the net , and some room connection failed , what can we do , also i read that we need booster , if that then how do we get booster etc .

@dammochi Sky only provide boosters to customers who buy the Broadband Boost bundle or customers whose Q boxes are not connecting. You can buy third party boosters yourself or even pick up a Sky booster online - make sure its the same shape as your hub as there are different models. A single boister maynot providecfast wifi in all rooms.

Many people are choosing to either use multiple third party wifi mesh access points or even do away with the Sky hub entirely and by a combined router and whole home  wifi system. If you consider going down this route post details together with what Sky product you buy and whether you sre in the UK or Ireland as not all work with the various systems Sky use.
