**bleep** wifi

Had sky for about a year now and my Wi-Fi is **bleep**. Drops out about 4 times a day. Upgraded to max and it's still dropping out. I've reset it changed the password twice and now my cctv won't connect as it's getting confused about passwords. Should have stayed with BT. At least with them my wi-fi never  dropped, even sky glass drops as well and it's connected with a LAN.. When you try and speak to someone it's over half an hour wait so I must not be the only one with  wi-if problems. If it's not fixed I'll cancel as it's rubbish. Why do I pay for a service that I'm not receiving correctly.  Oh and they will put 2gb of data on my sky mobile piggy bank even though I don't need it as the phone signal is **bleep** in some places as well.

@Linny71 Has it been so bad for you from the get go? As your Jun posting was the earliest and nothing again until now, but you could have been talking to sky inbetween times, Forum is Cust - Cust help, but information has to be supplied to help!

Having the same issue repeatedly. Had engineers out new equipment. Total rubbish! Think this will be the end of me with sky after years 😡

I've had sky help two weeks ago via phone call and it's still rubbish. When it first started happening sky told me that it was being updated load of rubbish.

@Linny71 Going to say that is NOT true, as a fact the sky hubs were being FW updated period when you posted way back, and i suspect that is going on again now during this period as i just reconnected up my sky Hub Thursday expecting it to go to the version that was done June time but it reported another one and NO one on the Forum has said or been looking at it, June was a bit off a nightmare sky update one for sure....

When I contacted sky two weeks ago they did not say updates this was way back and it's still happening. Sky told me to change my password for the hub and now my iPhone, cctv and Alexa which connect with wi-fi are now stating incorrect password. Total rubbish system,  sky need more updated equipment and software. Sky engineer could not even connect me on the day that it was supposed to be active **bleep** **bleep** **bleep**. Never been any good since they installed it.
