My ipad gives an error message that i have an unstable connection then randomly closes the app. My new apple TV device purchased to use for a specific app will not operate correctly because it states that i have a unstable connection also.
@J-P2 Looking like you have a wireless wi-fi connection issue with the devices to the Sky Hub that you have! Closer you get to the hub better it will be and that may prompt which way to go for resolving what is going on!
Thanks for the reply but the distance from the hub to any of the wireless units i have is no more than 11 metres. I cannot get the Apple TV any closer but can hold my ipad next to the hub where it makes no difference!
