looks like we have found an account associated with your address

I am trying to purchase a bundle but receive the message "looks like we have found an account associated with your address"

I tried calling the phone number in pop up window but that guided me to search here in community forum.

I saw other posts about people faced the same issue but none of those posts came to a solution !!

so can someone help me please

@Amin-Aghoo You need to call to get it sorted, previous system looks like sky have as not shutdown, number below in the link, just click need more help, scroll down and you will see it!
