My wifi isnt working and I get the message, access point temporarily full. I havent added any new devices and I have reset my router several times, including unplugging for more than 5 minutes then turning it back on again.

So the issue is that the mini boxes wifi hotspots arenet working (on both minis) and all connections are trying to go through the router causing the issue. We tried to reset everything but it didn’t work so theres an engineer coming now. Thanks both for the info and help

It is usually the Sky Max Pod or/and Sky WiFi Boosters that need rebooting with the error message you are receiving, so reboot those access points (boosters) on the system. The message is usually caused by devices that use random MAC addresses that may cause the issue from iPhones or latest Android Phones with iPhones you can set it to a fixed MAC address which would likely solve the issue.

Which router do you have installed?

There are in fact a few Sky Hub's, what colour is your Sky Hub and how old approximately? If it is over 5 or so years old it would be worth contacting Sky and asking for an upgrade.

@mae-3 that error is an "bug" in the sr203/204 a suggested fix is to switch the hub off to clear the lan dhcp

@cookiemonsteruk unfortunatlly I have reset the router several times and disconnected from the power for longer and longer periods of time. my last option before calling it to try a factory reset but not sure if that will still bring the same issues

Are Sky aware of the bug and are Sky fixing the issue in the firmware?
