Hi The internet has not been working for a month, can you explain why, because if it continues, sky will be closed, I'm paying, but I can't use the internet, why?

the internet is coming and going du we reported it, the officer came and fixed it but this week it was worse, there is no internet all day it comes a few hours it goes again i don't understand

So this is an intermittent problem and you haven't been without the internet for a month. If you post your router stats someone may be able to advise you but otherwise you'll need to report it to Sky again and ask for an engineer to revisit. Incidentally, we are customers here. You aren't talking to Sky.
