App shows Wi-Fi working perfectly yet nothing will connect to it. Not my sky glass tv or mobile phone. Currently having to watch my sky glass tv by using my mobile phone personal hotspot. WTAF?!? Called sky, said everything is fine. Clearly it's not. And yes I have reset the router repeatedly and tv network connections. IT. IS. NOT. WORKING!!

Re: Zero Wi-Fi connection
exact same, don't bother with customer services though, they basically read off all the steps that are on the sky website

The 'majority' of Sky broadband users would be several million households. Nothing in this forum currently suggests anything more than the usual individual fault rate.

Re: Zero Wi-Fi connection

maybe just tell people to change their WiFi frequency from 2.4ghz to 5ghz....... maybe that's the issue for WiFi thats worked for months!!!!!
Cheers for your comment though

At any particular point in time many thousands of individual circuits on the national network will have faults whether or not there are wider area outages: that's inevitable when there are something like thirty million of them in total.

- The box what's on the wall has all connected-but the third light won't come on in March. The engineer left it with 2 lights on and said it should come in an hour. we are now in August, and I've had no WiFi or skytv. Could you please send an engineer, please 🙏

Re: Zero Wi-Fi connection
mate I am at the stage I dont read what you say cause it's nonsense your commenting on sky broadband when you have BT
do you work from home? prob not
do you have kids that need internet? prob not
you are as bad as calling the contact centre it's all jargon, I work in electrical retail have for over 25 years, 1% of customers need the tech jargon, the majority need simple straight to point answer, you enjoy your working bt connection and sky TV
absolutely madness the stuff you post
port forwarding Yadda Yadda
change the GHz again pointless
what's the point moaning? we paying for a service and not getting any answers
cheers Tim enjoy bashing the keyboard
