You are not checking

You have just said all my devices are good and working but I switched them off. I have a continual problem I live in a block of flats of 14 flats and at least five of them hack my WiFi, interupt my streaming .

So how does sky know they are working, seeing as they are not connecte

@Uruseless  We haven't said anything as we are fellow customers who help each other not sky support 

 

so if you require our help we need the full details of the issue and the steps you have tried so far to resolve it

Actual 'hacking' is incredibly unlikely. 

 

However, with that many neighbours the overlapping of wireless frequencies is unfortunately pretty much inevitable.
