Yet again, unusable internet speeds.

Hope this isn't turning into a monthly problem. 
The hub is connected but speeds are unusable at 3.1 Mb/s.

 

Yet my Sky App service checker is telling me there is not a problem with the speeds it tested at. See screenshot below.

You are experiencing a broadband line fault that requires immediate attention from Sky. The current speed is significantly lower than the minimum guaranteed speed (MGS), which is 32.5Mbps. Additionally, the line speed to the cabinet is only 3.1Mbps. Regrettably, Sky is ranked poorly among broadband providers in terms of issue resolution, ranking 12th out of 13th among larger providers. Therefore, it may take some time for the issue to be resolved.

Keep an eye out; it is likely an intermittent fault that is even harder to rectify.
