Yellow flashing Router
Hello
Router keeps flashing yellow, sky tests seem to suggest no line fault. Tried multiple resets etc to no avail. I occasionslly get a solid white light but then it reverts to yellow flash again.
Apparently started at 1pm but not been working since I got home at 530pm.
Is the router faulty or is there anything else or a problem at sky tonight as I've seen a few other posts?

Re: Yellow flashing Router
@James518 First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Re: Yellow flashing Router
I've done all those things.
When I try to connect on my phone it takes me to a router diagnostics page which tells me it things there's a problem and I follow the steps and reset the router and I'm just in a vicious circle.
Ideslky Ideally I'd run a speed test I can see to get latency, packet info etc but I can't connect to the router to do it which leads me to belief it's a faulty router.
