WiFi

Hi my WiFi keeps dropping below speed it says to contact for a refund as it's dropping all of the time but I can't call as I have a newborn and she isn't very well any chance anyone can help me on here?

@steph7392  You will need to call Sky on 150 froma Sky Talk line or Sky Mobile.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
