Xbox IPv4

Hi there, I recently upgraded my sky broadband and ever since, my sons Xbox won't connect to the router. The Xbox says its connected to IPv4, I've looked around online and it says I need to connect to IPv6 but I have no idea how to do that. Thanks

@Loolee the Sky hub connects devices using both IP6 and IP4 by default. If other devices are connecting normally I suspect its an issue with the playstation this is Sony's help page https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/connectivity/
