Connection

I have had no broadband or internet or phone since Wednesday. 
There was an outside power cut fixed by National Grid. 
since then I have had no broadband. 
I've done all required regards online instructions. 
Sky Engineer came yesterday. No fault at property and said it's an OpenSource issue and should be fixed overnight. 
today I still have no broadband and no further information from Sky to say when I'm going to be connected. 
my neighbour is on Sky and has no issues with Broadband 

what is happening please ?

As we are customers here and if a reboot of your hub doesn't bring it back to life then as I presume you did before you will need to call Sky support about this to chase this up with them.
