Wrong address for delivery or equipment

I signed up to sky yesterday because I'm moving home next week on the 24th.

the lady on the phone said that I could change the address for the delivery of the equipment once I'd had a text through about delivery. But I've just received an email saying the box is going to be delivered today! I won't be there as I don't live there yet and I want to change the address as I was told I could do? Can anyone help?

@Sophie925If there is no one living at the property just now the post office will post a card through for yoiu to go and pick it up from the local delivery office.
