Worst Internet

is the worst Wi-Fi ever had sky robbing i'm now getting the service for sky promised me they promised 500 MB and I get into 60 and I can't get contact with customer service some robot speaking to me. It's a horrible

All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

500Mbs (minimum 400Mbs) is speed delivered over optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub, not WiFi from it.

 

All WiFi is zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls.
