Working from home - connection issues

My super fast broadband shows average speeds of over 68 and I've ran tests and broadband and WiFi both say good. 

For weeks now we have been having issues when both my wife and I are working at home. Really bad teams connections, freezing and not being able to have cameras on. 

I've also tried rebooting router. 

It's becoming unbearable and making work a real challange. 

Any help appreciated before I look to switch.
