Work signal

we have fiber broadband with you guys but unfortunately since it was installed there is continuous issues with connection. The WiFi box is connected on the front facing wall of the property in the hall, although there is no WiFi connection in the kitchen and the bedrooms upstairs above the box have daily connection issues. It will say you are connected but the signal is seriously slow and buffing in the games console and Netflix upstairs.

@Sinead992 if the hub cannot be moved you need additional wifi sources which Sky can supply if they are needed if you buy their WiFi Max bundle see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max alternatively you can buy and use your own wifi kit.
