Work laptop stopped connecting

It seems like some people on the forum are having same issue? Everything else connecting fine, If slow, but work laptop for some reason not connecting? Working completely fine until turned on this morning. 

Has Sky updated firmware causing issue, VPN?

With the white Max Hub there's a known issue with some business VPN infrastructure resulting from Sky deployment of 8:1 Map-T for IPv4 addresses.  For users with one of those Hubs, Sky is asking us to escalate posts for individual resolution (which is essentially putting that individual circuit onto a 1:1 mapping)
